These terms cover the use of this website. The rental itself is governed by our Rental Policy.

1. Who we are

This website, roadsnglories.ae, is operated by Roads & Glories Rent A Car L.L.C, a car rental company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

2. Using this website

The information here is published in good faith and kept current. Rates, availability and the summer offer can change, and the version shown when your booking is confirmed is the one that applies.
The photographs on this site are of our actual car, not stock images or a representative model.
Do not use this site to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Sending the booking form, messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing. Until then the dates are not held.

Once confirmed, the rental is governed by our Rental Policy, our Cancellations and Refunds terms, and the rental agreement you sign at handover. Where they differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

4. Prices

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
VAT of 5% is added to all charges. Advertised rates are exclusive of VAT.
Promotional rates apply for the period stated on the page and are not applied retrospectively to bookings confirmed before or after that period.

5. Reviews left on this site

Every review is read and approved by us before it appears. We publish genuine reviews whether they are positive or critical.
We will not publish content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that identifies another person without their consent, and we may remove such content at any time.
By submitting a review you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you allow us to display it on this website.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and photographs on this website are ours and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Rolls-Royce, Cullinan and the Spirit of Ecstasy are trademarks of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited. Roads & Glories Rent A Car L.L.C is an independent rental company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer or agent of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Those names are used here only to identify the vehicle we own and rent.

7. Links to other websites

Where we link out — for example to WhatsApp, Google Maps or a payment provider — we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those services. Their own terms apply once you leave this site.

8. Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where UAE law does not permit that limitation, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from a rental with us, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version published on the date your booking is confirmed is the version that applies to you.
