We are a small company renting one car. We collect the least we can get away with, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody.
When you send a booking enquiry using the form on this site, you give us:
When you leave a review, you give us your name, your star rating, your review text, and your email address if you choose to enter one. The email is optional and is never published.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we hold that conversation and whatever you tell us in it.
When you rent the car, we take copies of the identity and licence documents required by UAE law — Emirates ID and UAE licence for residents, passport and licence for visitors — together with your card details for the authorisation described in our Rental Policy.
Automatically, as you browse, our analytics records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. This is not tied to your name.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with other rental companies, brokers or aggregators. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
This site sets cookies for Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. They tell us how many people visited and whether an advertisement produced an enquiry — not who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

We will respond within 30 days. We may have to keep records that UAE law requires us to retain, and if so we will tell you which and why.
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the enquiry inbox and the website administration is limited to people in the company who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data.
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and you must be 25 to rent from us. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
