At RoadsNGlories, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable car rental experience. This Refundable Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may be eligible for refunds. By making a booking through our website (https://roadsnglories.ae/), you agree to the terms stated below.


1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A cancellation request is submitted within the timeframe specified in our cancellation policy.

  • RoadsNGlories is unable to provide the booked vehicle type or an equivalent replacement.

  • A duplicate booking was made due to a system error or payment processing issue.

All refund requests must be made through our official customer support channels.


2. Cancellation Refund Policy

2.1 Free Cancellation Window

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

2.2 Cancellations Within 48 Hours

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total rental amount.

  • The exact deduction may vary depending on the vehicle category, season, or promotional rate.

2.3 No-Show Policy

  • No refund will be provided if the customer:

    • Fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time

    • Does not present required documents (valid ID, driver’s license, payment card)

    • Is deemed unfit or unauthorized to drive under UAE regulations


3. Early Return Policy

Returning the vehicle earlier than the agreed-upon rental period does not qualify for a partial or pro-rated refund. The rental amount is charged based on the full booking duration.


4. Vehicle Condition & Deposit Refunds

A refundable security deposit may be held at the time of rental.

Security Deposit Refund Terms

  • Deposits are refunded within 7–21 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

  • Deductions may apply for:

    • Traffic fines

    • Salik/toll usage

    • Damages not covered under insurance

    • Missing accessories or excessive cleaning fees

Customers will be notified of any deductions prior to deposit release.


5. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.

Estimated timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 working days

  • Bank Transfers: 5–10 working days

  • Digital Wallets: 3–7 working days

Processing times may vary depending on banks, issuers, or third-party gateways.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Add-on services consumed (GPS, child seats, insurance upgrades, etc.)

  • Administrative fees

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Promotional or discounted bookings unless specified otherwise


7. Amendments to Bookings

Modifications (date/time/vehicle type) are subject to availability. Price differences may apply. Refunds for modifications follow the same rules as cancellations.
