Welcome to RoadsNGlories. By renting a vehicle through our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Policy. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle from RoadsNGlories, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age requirement may vary by car category).
Hold a valid driving license recognized in the UAE.
For tourists: possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) where required.
Present an Emirates ID (residents) or passport (tourists) during vehicle collection.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be completed through our website at https://roadsnglories.ae/.
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking.
Prices listed on the website are subject to VAT and may vary based on the season, duration, and vehicle model.
Full payment or a deposit may be required upon booking depending on the car category.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is mandatory for all rentals.
Deposits may be held for up to 21 days to allow for traffic fines and damage assessments.
The deposit amount varies by vehicle category and is listed during the booking process.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Return

Pickup

Vehicles can be picked up from RoadsNGlories locations or delivered upon request.
The customer must inspect the vehicle for any existing damage before driving away.

Return

The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location, date, and time.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as provided.

6. Insurance & Coverage

All rental vehicles include basic insurance as required by UAE law. Additional coverage options may be available, including:

Full Insurance / Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Comprehensive Coverage
Roadside Assistance Add-ons

Insurance does not cover damage resulting from negligence, off-road driving, illegal activities, or unauthorized drivers.

7. Traffic Fines & Violations

Any fines or violations during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
RoadsNGlories reserves the right to charge the renter’s card for traffic fines, salik (toll) charges, or violations reported during the rental duration.

8. Mileage Limits

Vehicles may come with daily, weekly, or monthly mileage limits based on the rental plan.
Exceeding the mileage limit will result in extra charges as specified on the website.

9. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.
Missing fuel will be charged based on current fuel prices plus a service fee.

10. Allowed Use

The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for:

Off-road driving or racing
Towing or carrying heavy loads
Transporting illegal goods
Any activity that violates UAE laws

Unauthorized drivers or prohibited use may void insurance and result in penalties.

11. Breakdown & Accidents

In the event of a breakdown, contact RoadsNGlories immediately for assistance.
In case of an accident, you must obtain a police report—without it, insurance coverage may be void.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund (unless otherwise stated).
No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or no refunds.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

RoadsNGlories is committed to protecting customer data. Personal information is used solely for booking, verification, and service delivery, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to Policy

RoadsNGlories reserves the right to update or modify this Rental Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on https://roadsnglories.ae/ with the revised date.
